This set demonstrates a few animation effects that use applied computation and math.
It showcases my work in real-time graphics, animation, physically-based simulations, AI. All rendering is real-time, using a shading pipeline with post-processing effects (fog, lighting, composition).
These samples feature FFT, FD (finite difference), CFD (fluid dynamics), AI (fuzzy system, neural nets), skeletal animation, soft shadows, reflections, physically-based illumination, a custom rendering engine, and other things.

Please wait for GIFs to fully load.

Animated ocean waves (FFT) and volumetrics.

Self-shadowing volumetrics. Take a note of shadows in volumes and on opaque surfaces.

Volumetric clouds.

Martian sand storm (my take on Navier-Stokes solver). Simulation of air dynamics.

Experimental AI optimization system for a tactical obstacle avoidance. Makes use of configurable inference rules for real-time plan adjustments.

Skeletal animation with hierarchical joints and path easing, with interactive bezier curve.

Volumetric rendering with custom volume shapes.
